Volleyball Recap: Lakeland Takes a Loss

The Lakeland Dreadnaughts came up short against the Bartow Yellow Jackets on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Dreadnaughts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lakeland was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Bartow work for it, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-18, 26-24.

Lakeland now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Bartow, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

Coincidentally, Lakeland and Bartow will both be playing George Jenkins the next time they take the court. Lakeland will head out to face George Jenkins at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Bartow will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
