Softball Recap: Schuyler County Takes a Loss

After flying high against Atlanta on Monday, Schuyler County came back down to earth. The Rams came up short against the Knox County Eagles on Thursday, falling 12-2. If the Rams were looking for revenge after losing 16-5 to the Eagles when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Schuyler County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Knox County, their victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Schuyler County will head out to challenge Putnam County at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Knox County, they will venture away from home to face off against Brashear at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
