Rocket City is a perfect 3-0 against Heritage Christian since March of 2024 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Rockets will take on the Angels at 5:00 p.m.

Rocket City managed to slip by Giles County the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Rockets came up short against the Bobcats on Friday, falling 17-0. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Rockets were not able to get on the board.

Rocket City saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Taylor Watson, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base.

While Heritage Christian didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-10), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They were the clear victors by a 12-1 margin over Tuscaloosa Christian on Tuesday. The Angels might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by six runs or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Heritage Christian and bumps their season record up to 6-1. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.5 runs over those games. As for Rocket City, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-7 record this season.

Rocket City beat Heritage Christian 7-4 in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. Will the Rockets repeat their success, or do the Angels have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
