Football Recap: Plano Wildcats vs. Coppell Cowboys
Plano and Coppell squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Plano had to settle for second. They were beaten by the Cowboys 38-0. The shutout was out of character for the Wildcats seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in September.
It was another big night for Carter Zingelmann, who threw for 248 yards and three TDs while completing 73.7% of his passes, and also rushed for 44 yards and one score for Coppell. A healthy portion of Zingelmann's aerial production (82 yards to be exact) went to Crew Davis, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.
