Meanwhile, Bay Path RVT had already won five in a row dating back to last season (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.8 points) and they went ahead and made it six on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Wolverines 36-0 on the road.
Bay Path RVT got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Corey Scovil out in front who threw for 216 yards and two touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes, and also punched in a rushing score. Bay Path RVT also got a significant boost from Bradyn Downes, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 93 yards.
The win got Clinton back to even at 1-1. As for Bay Path RVT, their record is now 2-0.
Clinton was able to grind out a solid victory over Bay Path RVT in their previous meeting back in September of 2023, winning 28-20.
