Football Recap: Panhandle Falls Short of Cisco in the Playoffs + How To Watch

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Panhandle couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They and the Cisco Loboes were almost perfectly matched up on Friday, but they suffered a 21-20 loss. The contest marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Cisco found their leader in sophomore Colby McIlroy, who rushed for 98 yards and one TD on only 12 carries, and also threw for 163 yards and one touchdown while completing 77.8% of his passes.

The defeat snapped Panhandle's winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 9-3 record. As for Cisco, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-1.
