After having lost a blowout in their previous game against West St. Mary, Franklin was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 51-8 win over the Delcambre Panthers. That looming 51-8 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Hornets yet this season.

Franklin has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-8 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.6 points per game. As for Delcambre, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.

Franklin has already played their next contest (against St. Martinville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Delcambre is taking a road trip to face off against Northside Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
