They had to suffer through a 48-6 loss at the hands of the Tri-County Academy Rebels. The Bruins were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-0.

St. Joseph Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Tri-County Academy, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.

St. Joseph Catholic wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 55-8 loss against Jackson Academy on the 17th. As for Tri-County Academy, they have also already played their next matchup, a 50-0 victory against Central Hinds Academy on the 17th.
