Basketball Recap: Chloe Hoelscher Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Flint Hills Christian

Newton (Home School)'s game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They managed a 37-33 victory over the Flint Hills Christian Warriors. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mustangs also won the last time the pair played back in March.

Newton (Home School)'s win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Chloe Hoelscher, who made all 7 shots she took to post 14 points in addition to six rebounds and six steals. Hannah Hoelscher was another key player, putting up nine points and seven boards.
