Iota is a perfect 7-0 against Mamou since September of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Bulldogs will face off against the Demons at 7:00 p.m. Mamou took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Iota, who comes in off a win.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Bulldogs on Friday. Iota breezed past Ville Platte to the tune of 51-20. Iota hasn't had any issues with Ville Platte recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Mamou was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were outmatched by Northwest and fell 40-0. The game marked the first time this year in which the Demons were not able to get on the board.

The victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 3-5. As for Mamou, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 3-5.

Everything came up roses for Iota against Mamou when the teams last played back in November of 2024, as the team secured a 29-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulldogs since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
