Volleyball Game Preview: Amity Regional Spartans vs. New Britain Golden Hurricanes

The Amity Regional Spartans will head out to challenge the New Britain Golden Hurricanes at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Amity Regional is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.

Amity Regional lost 3-0 to Joel Barlow on Monday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-13, 25-18.

Meanwhile, New Britain was able to grind out a solid victory over Norwich Free Academy on Monday, taking the game 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Golden Hurricanes.

New Britain had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-22, 25-23, 25-17.

New Britain's win bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Amity Regional, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-13.
