Soccer Recap: Redlands Has No Trouble Against San Gabriel Academy

Redlands saw some tournament action on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the San Gabriel Academy Eagles with a sharp 4-1 victory. It was an even better day for Marco Riguis as he scored three goals for his team.

Redlands' win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for San Gabriel Academy, they moved to 4-2 with that defeat, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

Looking ahead, Redlands will face off against Forest Lake Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Forest Lake Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Redlands surely won't give up without a fight. As for San Gabriel Academy, they will challenge Loma Linda Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Loma Linda Academy's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
