Baseball Preview: Nelson County Governors vs. William Campbell Generals
The Nelson County Governors will take on the William Campbell Generals at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Nelson County is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.2 runs per game this season.

Kevin Knight made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Nelson County is 3-1 when he allows at most two earned runs, but 3-5 otherwise. Knight was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run.
In other batting news, Caleb Thompson was incredible, getting on base in all five of his plate appearances with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base.
