Soccer Recap: Ashley Starts Season with Victory Against North Brunswick

Ashley had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. Their defense stepped up to hand the North Brunswick Scorpions a 9-0 shutout on Tuesday. K Bradley was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

North Brunswick's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Ashley has already played their next match, a 6-0 victory against Fuquay - Varina on the 28th. As for North Brunswick, they will venture away from home to square off against Southwest Onslow at 6:00 p.m. on March 6th.
