Red Rock won the last time they faced Grand Canyon and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Scorpions blew past the Phantoms 9-1. Ben Metzger was a massive factor in the win as he booted in four goals all by himself.

The victory made it two in a row for Red Rock and bumps their season record up to 10-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those two contests. As for Grand Canyon, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.

Red Rock will host Highland Prep West at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Red Rock's defense better be ready for this one: Highland Prep West have averaged an impressive 3.9 goals per game this season. Grand Canyon does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
