Basketball Recap: DMLK Takes a Loss

DMLK suffered their biggest loss since January 14th on Saturday. They were beaten by the Lincoln Lancers 86-58. The Panthers just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Elias Brooks was nothing short of spectacular for Lincoln: he dropped a double-double with 60 points and ten steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Beikerson Alvarez, who posted 11 points along with seven boards and five steals.

DMLK's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Lincoln, the win was the fifth in a row (dating back to last season) for them, bringing their record up to 2-0.

DMLK didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 60-53 defeat against Alameda on the 6th. As for Lincoln, they have also already played their next matchup, a 92-57 victory against DSST: College View on the 6th.
