Volleyball Recap: Wossman Comes Up Short

After flying high against Doyline on Monday, Wossman came back down to earth. The Wildcats lost 3-0 to the West Monroe Rebels on Tuesday. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Rebels recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Wossman's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for West Monroe, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-4 record this season.

Wossman didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Downsville on the 23rd. As for West Monroe, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Southwood on the 22nd.
