Basketball Game Preview: South Central Calhoun Titans vs. Sioux Central Rebels

The South Central Calhoun Titans will take on the Sioux Central Rebels on Monday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Friday, South Central Calhoun didn't have too much trouble with Northwest Webster as they won 50-36. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Titans.

Meanwhile, Sioux Central came tearing into Friday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Titans with a sharp 52-29 victory. The Rebels have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 21 points or more this season.

Sioux Central's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-5. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32.5 points. As for South Central Calhoun, their victory bumped their record up to 9-10.
