Soccer Recap: Somerset Takes a Loss

Somerset was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Marion County Knights.

Somerset now has a losing record of 6-7-2. As for Marion County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-3-3.

Somerset has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Pulaski County on the 27th. As for Marion County, they will take on Elizabethtown at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
