Soccer Game Preview: Eastmark vs. Horizon

The Eastmark Firebirds will take on the Horizon Huskies at 1:30 p.m. on Friday. Eastmark is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.8 goals per game this season.

Eastmark's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They rang in the new year with a 2-0 victory over Williams Field. Mckennah Geier had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Firebirds.

Meanwhile, Horizon's undefeated season came to an end after three games on Thursday. They and Williams Field finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked the Huskies' first draw of the season.

Eastmark now has a winning record of 4-3-1. Horizon's draw makes their record 3-0-1 this season.
