Basketball Recap: Sheridan Comes Up Short

Sheridan lost against Santiam Christian back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Sheridan Spartans were beaten by the Santiam Christian Eagles 77-49.

Sheridan dropped their record down to 4-8 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Santiam Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Sheridan has already played their next contest (against Jefferson), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Santiam Christian will face off against Blanchet Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Santiam Christian is facing Blanchet Catholic at the right time seeing as Blanchet Catholic is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
