Basketball Recap: Mansfield Christian Takes a Loss

They fell just short of the Northwestern Huskies by a score of 58-55 on Tuesday. The Flames just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row.

Mansfield Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Northwestern, with the victory, they broke their 12-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mansfield Christian will host Crestline at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Northwestern, they and Dalton will meet in a dog eat dog contest at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Dalton will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Northwestern surely won't give up without a fight.
