Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Point Pleasant Boro). They put the hurt on The Pilgrim Academy Pioneers with a sharp 22-1 victory on Thursday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Panthers considering their one-run performance the match before.

Point Pleasant Boro pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.7 runs over those games.
