Volleyball Game Preview: Meade Mustangs vs. Severn Run Wolves

The Meade Mustangs will challenge the Severn Run Wolves on Wednesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Meade is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. Everything went their way against Western as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Meanwhile, Severn Run made easy work of North County on Friday and carried off a 3-0 win.

Severn Run walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-17, 25-5.

The win got Meade back to even at 7-7. As for Severn Run, their victory bumped their record up to 10-6.

Meade came up short against Severn Run in their previous meeting back in September, falling 3-1. Can the Mustangs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
