Soccer Game Preview: Ranchview vs. Sulphur Springs

The Ranchview Wolves will be taking part in a tournament against the Sulphur Springs Wildcats at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Ranchview's tournament run continued when they took on North Central Texas Academy on Saturday. Ranchview fell just short of North Central Texas Academy by a score of 3-2.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sulphur Springs). They put the hurt on Lorena with a sharp 8-1 victory on Saturday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Sulphur Springs' victory bumped their record up to 5-2-1. As for Ranchview, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2-1.
