They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 68-43 walloping at the hands of Troy. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Doniphan West of the 57-36 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture last Tuesday.

Troy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Christian Etherton, who scored 20 points along with four steals. Etherton is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed three or more in the last three games he's played. Seth Judd was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with five steals.
