Football Recap: Marty Indian Takes Down Crazy Horse in a Playoff Battle

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Marty Indian walked away with it. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Crazy Horse Chiefs 48-6. Considering the Braves have won four contests by more than 41 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Marty Indian's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-4. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 5.0 points on average over those games. As for Crazy Horse, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.

Marty Indian will challenge McLaughlin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Mustangs' defense has only allowed 7.2 points per game this season, so the Braves' offense will have their work cut out for them. Crazy Horse does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
