Recap: Faustina Academy Falcons vs. Trinity Christian Academy Warriors
It was a good run, but the Faustina Academy Falcons unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They were dealt a 79-43 defeat at the hands of Trinity Christian Academy. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Faustina Academy has scored all season.
Luke Rolen was his usual excellent self, dropping a triple-double on 30 points, 14 rebounds, and 11 assists for Trinity Christian Academy. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Rolen has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Judah Moore, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds.
Faustina Academy's defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-4. As for Trinity Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season.
Faustina Academy will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Grayson Christian at 6:00 p.m. Grayson Christian is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Trinity Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to take on Harvest Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Harvest Christian Academy is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
