Murray strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Union County Braves 44-7. Considering the Tigers have won five games by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Murray to victory, but perhaps none more so than Wyatt Robbins, who threw for 184 yards and one touchdown while completing 77.8% of his passes, and also rushed for 42 yards and one score. That rushing touchdown was Robbins' first of the season. Murray's leading receiver Isaiah Martin was Robbins' top target yet again, picking up 64 receiving yards, while also punching in one TD on the ground.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Murray proved: they limited Union County to a paltry 2.7 yards per carry. The Tigers didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 8.6.

Murray's win bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Union County, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Murray will welcome Hopkins County Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Storm will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last. As for Union County, they will face off against Webster County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Braves will be up against the Trojans' rather soft defense (which has allowed 42.63 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
