Volleyball Recap: Mariner Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Mariner was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Lake Stevens Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on October 8th.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-11, 25-13.

Mariner's loss dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Lake Stevens, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 25-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Mariner is set to face off against their familiar foe Cascade at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Lake Stevens will square off against rival Glacier Peak at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
