Baseball Recap: South Harrison Hawks vs. Calhoun Red Devils
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against The Linsly School, South Harrison was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Calhoun Red Devils a 12-0 shutout. The Hawks haven't had any issues with the Red Devils recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.
Brogan Medina made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and only one walk). Those seven strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI and one double.
