Bushland won the last time they faced Hereford and things went their way on Saturday too. The Falcons came out on top against the Whitefaces by a score of 3-1.

Bushland had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 20-25, 25-19, 25-18, 25-14.

When it comes to explaining why Hereford lost, don't look at Kyndall Valdez. Despite the final result, she had 16 digs and two aces.

Bushland is on a roll lately: they've won 18 of their last 21 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-6 record this season. As for Hereford, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-11.

Coming up, Bushland will face off against Frenship at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Hereford, they will challenge Dumas at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give the Whitefaces their first taste of in-conference action this season.
