Soccer Recap: Saint Andrew's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Saint Andrew and Pine Crest meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Wednesday. The Scots fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 1-0. If Saint Andrew's were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to Pine Crest when the teams met back in December of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Having lost for the first time this season, Saint Andrew's fell to 3-1. As for Pine Crest, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Saint Andrew's will face off against Sports Leadership & Management at 4:00 p.m. on the 20th. The match will give Saint Andrew's their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Pine Crest, they will challenge Westminster Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
