Football Recap: Parsippany Hills Takes a Loss

Parsippany Hills lost against Vernon back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Parsippany Hills lost to Vernon at home by a 21-6 margin.

Vernon's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kimkowski Nate, who threw for 196 yards and a pair of TDs, and also rushed for 71 yards and one score. A healthy portion of Nate's aerial production (86 yards to be exact) went to Dean Grundy, who also brought in two receiving touchdowns.

Parsippany Hills' loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Vernon, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Parsippany Hills didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 14-0 defeat against River Dell on the 19th. As for Vernon, they have also already played their next contest, a 55-20 win against Jefferson Township on the 19th.
