Basketball Recap: Morgan City Takes a Loss

Morgan City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the South Terrebonne Gators, falling 53-27. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Gators this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 56-17 back in January.

Morgan City's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for South Terrebonne, their victory bumped their record up to 14-11.

Morgan City has already played their next match, a 58-3 loss against South Lafourche on the 14th. As for South Terrebonne, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 49-30 defeat against Terrebonne on the 12th.
