Baseball Recap: Georgetown Prep Comes Up Short

Georgetown Prep was the 10-9 winner over Poly Prep Country Day when they last played one another back in March of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. The Little Hoyas fell just short of the Blue Devils by a score of 4-3 on Tuesday. The Little Hoyas have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Georgetown Prep's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Poly Prep Country Day, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Georgetown Prep will square off against St. Laurence at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Poly Prep Country Day, they will head out to face off against IMG Academy at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
