Rockridge won the last time they faced Monmouth-Roseville and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Rockets came out on top in a nail-biter against the Titans, sneaking past 2-1.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Rockridge got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 22-25, 25-18.

Hayden Ruggles paced Rockridge's offense, picking up ten kills. Ruggles got some help from Leah DeCook and her 35 assists.

Rockridge's victory ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 10-19. As for Monmouth-Roseville, their defeat was their eighth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-25.

Rockridge didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Newman Central Catholic on the 22nd. As for Monmouth-Roseville, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Manual on the 27th.
