Basketball Recap: Lisbon Drops Season-High Score on Gorham

Lisbon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 19th straight defeat dating back to last season. The match between them and the Gorham Huskies didn't end well, with the Lisbon Panthers falling 40-26. One positive for the Panthers, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Lisbon's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Gorham, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lisbon will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Profile at 5:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. Gorham will take on Moultonborough Academy in a holiday battle at at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
