Basketball Recap: Manchester Comes Up Short

Manchester was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 61-21 loss at the hands of the South Windsor Bobcats. The contest marked the Red Hawks' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Manchester's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for South Windsor, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-2.

Looking ahead, Manchester will take on Glastonbury at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Windsor, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Naugatuck at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
