Volleyball Recap: Apalachee Takes a Loss

Apalachee was the 2-1 winner over Jefferson when they last played one another back in September of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dragons on Tuesday. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-9.

Apalachee's defeat dropped their record down to 18-11. As for Jefferson, their victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-7.

Coming up, Apalachee will face off against Clarke Central at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Jefferson, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Morgan County at 5:00 p.m.
