Pearl River is a perfect 10-0 against Franklinton since January of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Rebels will take on the Demons at 7:00 p.m. Pearl River will be strutting in after a win while Franklinton will be coming in after a defeat.

Pearl River barely beat Christ Episcopal School the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rebels were the clear victors by a 6-2 margin over the Wildcats last Thursday. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 4-0.

Pearl River hit Christ Episcopal School with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Nelson Pavon (3), Christian Marin (2), and Joseph Vittoreli.

Meanwhile, Saturday just wasn't the day for Franklinton's offense. They lost 9-0 to Northshore on Saturday.

The victory got Pearl River back to even at 1-1. As for Franklinton, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Pearl River beat Franklinton 2-0 when the teams last played back in November of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rebels since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
