Kings extended their postseason success on Friday against Little Miami. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Panthers an 8-0 shutout. Considering the Knights have won 19 games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The result came thanks to Neely McElhaney's shutout, as she gave up just three hits and racked up 14 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 16 consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Julia Lowry, who went 1-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. Alexis Fera was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

The win was the 15th in a row for Kings, bringing their record up to 26-1. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Little Miami, their defeat dropped their record down to 20-10.

As of now, neither Kings nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
