Football Recap: Shadow Creek Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Shadow Creek and King squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Shadow Creek had to settle for second. They were beaten by the Panthers 51-6. The game marked the Sharks' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Tavis Coleman threw for 147 yards and one touchdown. Chris Stewart was his top target, picking up 39 receiving yards. On the ground, Jacier Pace rushed for 34 yards.

King had a senior duo take command as Dionne Sims gained 190 total yards and two touchdowns and Timothy Potts threw for 255 yards and four TDs while completing 81.8% of his passes. Sims really tore up the turf during one magnificent 96-yard run. King's leading receiver Lejerric Clark was Potts' top target yet again, picking up 123 receiving yards and one score.

Shadow Creek moved to 8-4 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for King, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-2.
