Benjamin is a perfect 10-0 against Knox City since September of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Mustangs will welcome the Greyhounds at 4:30 p.m. Benjamin will be strutting in after a victory while Knox City will be coming in after a defeat.

On Tuesday, Benjamin got the win against Paducah by a conclusive 3-0.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Benjamin took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-10, 25-13.

Knox City had taken Munday down for three straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Tuesday. The Greyhounds fell 3-1 to the Moguls. The Greyhounds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Knox City ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-23, 23-25, 25-19.

Benjamin's win ended a five-match drought at home and bumped them up to 10-13. As for Knox City, their loss dropped their record down to 7-13.

Everything went Benjamin's way against Knox City when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as Benjamin made off with a 3-0 victory. Will the Mustangs repeat their success, or do the Greyhounds have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
