Soccer Recap: South Sevier Comes Up Short

South Sevier lost against Grand County back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Rams fell 3-1 to the Red Devils.

South Sevier's goal came courtesy of Harley Freeman, who's now up to two this season.

South Sevier has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season. As for Grand County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. South Sevier will take on rival Gunnison Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Grand County is set to face off against their familiar foe San Juan at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
