Volleyball Recap: Chavez Comes Up Short

Chavez was the 3-1 winner over North Hollywood when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles fell 3-1 to the Huskies on Monday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-8, 21-25, 25-17.

Chavez's loss dropped their record down to 9-12. As for North Hollywood, they now have a winning record of 9-8.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Chavez is set to square off against their familiar foe Monroe at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, North Hollywood will take on rival Grant at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
