Football Recap: Forest Grove Has No Trouble Against Aloha

Forest Grove won against McKay last Friday with 42 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Vikings put the hurt on the Aloha Warriors with a sharp 42-21 win. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by 21 points or more this season.

Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jason Kwasnik, who threw for 168 yards and three TDs. A healthy portion of that aerial production (93 yards to be exact) went to Luca Blanchet, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

Forest Grove has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 31.5 points over those games. As for Aloha, they dropped their record down to 2-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Forest Grove has already played their next matchup, a 41-7 loss against Canby on the 17th. As for Aloha, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 35-0 defeat against Wilsonville on the 17th.
