Football Game Preview: Central Fellowship Christian Academy Lancers vs. Windsor Academy Knights + Official Tickets

The Central Fellowship Christian Academy Lancers will head out to challenge the Windsor Academy Knights at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Central Fellowship Christian Academy will be strutting in after a win while Windsor Academy will be coming in after a loss.

Central Fellowship Christian Academy is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Heritage 51-19. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lancers.

Meanwhile, Windsor Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 28-25 heartbreaker at the hands of Flint River Academy. Despite 185 more yards than the Wildcats, the Knights couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Central Fellowship Christian Academy will need to focus on slowing down Heath Woodard, one of several Windsor Academy players who made an impact when they last played. He threw for 301 yards and one touchdown while completing 81% of his passes, and also punched in one TD on the ground. A healthy portion of Woodard's aerial production (87 yards to be exact) went to Dalton Sims, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

The victory got Central Fellowship Christian Academy back to even at 4-4. As for Windsor Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.

Central Fellowship Christian Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Windsor Academy when the teams last played back in October of 2024, but they still walked away with a 14-8 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lancers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
