Preview: Trenton Tigers vs. Wolfe City Wolves
Trenton is 1-9 against Wolfe City since January of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Trenton Tigers will be playing at home against the Wolfe City Wolves at 6:30 p.m. Trenton has now lost eight straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 2.
Last Friday, Trenton came up short against Celeste and fell 35-22.
Meanwhile, Wolfe City didn't have too much trouble with Tom Bean on the road on Friday as they won 49-32.
Trenton's loss was their fifth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 7-12. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 22.6 points per game. As for Wolfe City, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 12-13 record this season.
