Recap: James Monroe Mavericks vs. Montcalm Generals
The James Monroe Mavericks came tearing into Tuesday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17 points) and they left with even more momentum. They blew past Montcalm 60-25 at home. James Monroe has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 20 points or more this season.
It was another big night for Ryan Cole, who scored 21 points along with eight rebounds and five blocks. Cooper Ridgeway was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
James Monroe pushed their record up to 7-2 with that win, which was their ninth straight at home.
